Founding importer pilot
Guided Pilot
Receive source-linked findings, a missing- and conflicting-item plan, the controlled Product Registry path available to the connected role, and a broker-ready handoff.
Includes one guided human evidence review of one contracted product and one written findings package. Support requests target an initial human response within two business days; that is not a completion-time guarantee. Additional review rounds are not included unless agreed in writing. Full refund before substantive review begins; 50% may be refunded after work begins but before the first deliverable; nonrefundable after delivery.
The private pilot is for the importer staring at several product documents and wondering, “Do these actually tell my broker what they need to know?” We work through one real product in a protected workspace and turn that uncertainty into a clearer plan.
We begin with the product and shipment situation in ordinary business language.
Follow the product across its reports, certificates, labels, suppliers, and contacts.
Understand which details line up, which deserve a second look, and why.
Review the record, authorize an import, and—when the connected user holds CPSC’s Certifier role—separately authorize certification before the broker receives the identifiers and context.
Carrier or broker request holding up a shipment?
The $499 Emergency Shipment Review is for one commercial shipment already held or at risk. We work backward from the active carrier or broker request, explain the unresolved questions, and prepare the next-response plan for your authorized professional.

Urgent Shipment Review and Guided Pilot are one-time services with milestone-based refund terms. Ongoing Workspace renews at $249 each month until canceled through Manage Subscription; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, and monthly charges are generally nonrefundable. Additional AI Guide questions can be added in 100-question extensions for $9. Organization Access uses a custom pooled allowance and may include onboarding quoted separately. Review the complete Terms of Service before applying.
After you choose
Fixed-price requests do not wait in an unexplained approval queue. Complete the secure intake, review the price and terms, and continue to Stripe. Your protected workspace opens after payment is confirmed.

Complete Emergency and Guided Pilot requests can move straight to the displayed Stripe checkout.
The workspace separates supported details from open questions. An authorized user can approve an import and, when CPSC confirms the Certifier role, separately authorize certification before inviting a broker into a time-limited snapshot.
Bring
The active request, deadline, product identifiers, and the useful evidence already within reach.
Receive
A source-linked fact trail, unresolved-question list, controlled Product Registry import path, and secure broker collaboration record.
Priority timing
Complete emergency files received by noon Arizona time target first written findings the same business day; later or incomplete cases target the next business day. This is a target, not a release guarantee.
Participation does not guarantee CPSC acceptance, customs release, or a particular regulatory outcome. CertifyPreflight can support a customer-authorized Product Registry import and, only when CPSC returns the Certifier role plus a separate authorization, request certification of valid records. The importer remains accountable, the broker still handles ACE, and final regulatory decisions remain with CBP and the CPSC.
