The request, translated
The carrier or broker message becomes the center of the work, with unfamiliar terms and requested details explained in context.
A hold can put inventory, customer promises, and storage costs at risk. We begin with the message that stopped progress, trace it to the product and certificate details behind it, and help your authorized broker or filer see the next useful move.

What the $499 changes
This is for the moment when a real shipment is already waiting. Your case moves to the priority queue, and the first written findings focus on the decision or reply that can move the conversation forward.
Same-day first-findings target*
Complete files received by noon Arizona time are targeted for findings the same business day; later or incomplete cases target the next business day.
The carrier or broker message becomes the center of the work, with unfamiliar terms and requested details explained in context.
Each usable answer stays connected to the document, message, or record that supports it.
Instead of a generic deficiency report, you see the questions that still need an answer and who may have it.
Your authorized professional receives the deadline, supporting details, unresolved questions, and suggested sequence in one place.
Emergency workflow
We cannot promise release or replace the professional handling the entry. We can help you arrive at that conversation prepared, organized, and clear about what still needs an answer.
Share the request, the deadline, and the party waiting for an answer.
Add the product and certificate details, messages, reports, or labels that relate to the request.
See what the evidence supports, where it disagrees, and which question should be handled next.
Pass the concise case record to the authorized professional responsible for the filing or response.
CPSC Product Registry
CPSC describes the Product Registry as a stand-alone repository. A broker or filer still transmits the relevant PGA Message Set through ACE.

CPSC’s API can import certificate data in an awaiting-certification state. CertifyPreflight does not use a development account to certify real customer records.

It is designed for commercial importers, brands, and broker-supported teams facing a real carrier, broker, or customs information request for a shipment with meaningful business value or timing risk. It is not positioned as a $499 solution for a low-value personal parcel.
Your secure priority workspace opens and asks for the message that stopped the shipment, the deadline, and the product evidence connected to the case. We read the active request first, then compare it with the details in your files so the urgent work stays centered on the real blocker.
You receive a plain-language incident summary, answers tied to their supporting sources, a short list of unresolved questions, and a practical response plan your authorized broker or filer can act on.
First written findings are targeted for the same business day when a complete file set arrives by noon Arizona time; otherwise by the next business day. Timing is a service target, not a guarantee of carrier, broker, CBP, or CPSC action.
No. No independent service can control a carrier, customs broker, CBP, or CPSC decision. We help you understand the request, reduce avoidable back-and-forth, and give the person handling the filing a clearer case to work from.
No. CertifyPreflight prepares information and can support a controlled Product Registry workflow, but the importer and its authorized account users remain responsible for certification and final filing decisions.
The most useful first item is the exact carrier, broker, or customs message. Product identity, supplier or manufacturer details, test reports, certificates, labels, and the deadline can follow. The secure workspace accepts supported PDF, DOCX, TXT, and CSV files after payment activates access.
It covers one held or at-risk commercial shipment and one contracted product. We study the active request, trace the relevant product and certificate details, separate supported answers from open questions, and prepare a practical response plan for the professional handling the entry.
The Urgent Shipment Review is limited to one shipment and product. Teams with recurring products or multiple entries should use Ongoing Workspace or request Organization Access so scope, product volume, and review responsibilities can be agreed before payment.
Founder-led service
Eric Torres is the founder and product operator behind CertifyPreflight. During the founding release, service-fit inquiries, access questions, and customer feedback are reviewed directly rather than passed into an anonymous marketplace.
The public fit-check queue and secure intake desk preserve a clear path to a human response.
The product is designed to show sources, conflicts, and open questions instead of inventing certainty.
Eric does not present CertifyPreflight as a law firm, customs broker, laboratory, government service, or compliance certification.
Your shipment clock is already running
Tell us what happened and what the carrier or broker needs next. A complete emergency intake is cleared for secure payment, and the priority workspace opens after Stripe confirms it.

We compare the statements on the emergency-shipment guidance with public CPSC eFiling materials, link readers to the source, and update the page when those materials change. We do not infer whether a particular product is regulated or replace decisions made by the importer and its authorized professionals.
