Urgent Shipment Review and Guided Pilot are one-time services with milestone-based refund terms. Ongoing Workspace renews at $249 each month until canceled through Manage Subscription; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, and monthly charges are generally nonrefundable. Additional AI Guide questions can be added in 100-question extensions for $9. Organization Access uses a custom pooled allowance and may include onboarding quoted separately. What the pilot does not promise
Participation does not guarantee CPSC acceptance, customs release, or a particular regulatory outcome. CertifyPreflight prepares and explains information; final decisions remain with the importer, its professional advisers, authorized filer, CBP, and the CPSC.
