Broker and authorized-filer collaboration

A cleaner importer record—without taking over the broker’s filing role.

CertifyPreflight is seeking qualified professionals to review a limited workflow that moves source tracing and importer follow-up earlier while leaving customs judgment, client acceptance, and ACE filing with the broker or authorized filer.

Choose the right broker path

Client-paid collaboration and firm-wide use are different services.

The first path lets a broker participate in a specific importer-paid case. The second is an assisted-sale Organization Access agreement for a brokerage that wants ongoing use.

Path 1 · One client-paid case

Collaborate on your client’s paid case

Participate in a client-authorized handoff after the importer has purchased the applicable CertifyPreflight service. Broker review access is limited to that selected case.

  • A fixed, source-linked handoff for one importer case
  • Unresolved questions, missing values, and conflicts kept visible
  • Product Registry identifiers and confirmation context when available
  • A time-limited invitation limited to the selected case snapshot
Not included: free firm onboarding, general case-preparation labor, priority support, custom integration, or unlimited brokerage use.

Path 2 · Assisted firm sale

Use CertifyPreflight across your brokerage

Organization Access — from $749/month

Brokerage Onboarding & Workflow Setup — $499 one time

Firm use begins only after written scope, quote, agreement, and onboarding. There is no instant Organization Access checkout.

Pricing is defined in the written agreement. CertifyPreflight does not use referral commissions or a percentage tied to entries, shipments, duties, brokerage fees, or transaction volume.

Supported under a written scope

  • Named-user workspace access provisioned manually under the written agreement
  • Contracted product scope recorded for each approved account
  • Source-linked case preparation, broker handoffs, and unresolved-question tracking
  • Time-limited case invitations, invited-email checks, two-step verification, and revocation
  • Timestamped review notes, change requests, completion history, and submission-status records
  • Private support intake and operator-led onboarding within the agreed scope

Not yet self-service

  • Firm-wide roles, a self-service brokerage administrator, and automated seat management are not live.
  • A brokerage-wide client portfolio, shared case dashboard, and consolidated audit export require new organization-level infrastructure.
  • Custom system integrations, bulk migration, and priority-support coverage are planning items only unless separately defined, resourced, and written into the agreement.
  • Product and AI usage limits are configured in the written scope; firm-wide automated metering and usage dashboards are not yet live.

Professional boundaries stay with the broker or filer

Customs judgment and responsibility for the separate ACE filing or transmission
Control over client authorization and whether to accept an engagement
The decision to rely on, question, or reject any supplied information
Its own professional, licensing, recordkeeping, and client obligations

Professional review first. No partnership claim.

CertifyPreflight is seeking qualified collaborators and does not claim an existing broker partnership. A professional may review the fictional sample, provide workflow feedback, discuss one client-paid case, or request Organization Access pricing. None of those actions creates a purchasing, referral, or partnership commitment.
